Cebr report on Brexit and the housing market quoted on both sides of the argument

The conclusion of the Cebr, ARLA and NAEA report was that a British withdrawal from the EU risks drastically reducing the construction workforce, compromising current plans to build hundreds of thousands of new homes needed to ease the shortage in supply.

The findings were cited by Iain Duncan Smith on the BBC in disagreement with the Treasury’s assessment that leaving the EU would damage the growth of the UK’s housing market:
