Job description
We are one of Britain’s busiest and most influential economics consultancies, providing services to Government departments and agencies, multi-nationals and trade and professional organisations. We have a huge variety of work with 150 big name clients enabling you to use economics expertise directly to inform real large-scale business and policy decisions. There are also opportunities for a significant media profile.
Cebr is one of the leading economics consultancies in UK, well known for its objective analysis, its reports and its annual World Economic League Table. If you wish to join a friendly team of academically strong client-facing consultants , then you will need to convince us that you have at least:

You will need to convince us that you have at least:
Excellent academic background: Masters or very good Bachelors degree in economics.
Excellent knowledge of macroeconomics and microeconomics.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to explain economic concepts and quantitative results, as well as their implications, to non-specialists, in plain English for a business audience.An ability to think originally and creatively in using economics to answer clients’ questions.
Attention to detail and commitment to going the extra mile to deliver robust, accurate work that stands up to scrutiny, within the constraints of available time and resources.
Experience of project management and business experience – either as an in-house economist or working in another consultancy or think tank.
Proficiency in Excel.
